Versatile SAKAV vacuum ovens can be used for process drying under vacuum or standard atmospheric conditions. High reliability operation from hydraulic primary and back - up safety thermostats. Six models, five chamber sizes to choose from.
One - piece seamless drawn chamber, 11"dia x 12" deep. Two shelves (one 10 ¾" wide, one 8 ½" wide) provide 212 sq. in. of loading area. Choice of two temperature ranges to 2000C (3920F) or 2600C (5000F)
Square chamber vacuum oven with stainless steel workspace, 10" wide x 12" deep x 10" high, with two solid aluminium shelves. Temperatures to 2200C (4280F)
Same as Model VF above except workspace is 14" wide x 20" deep x 14" high
Square chamber vacuum oven with top mounted control panel utilizes available bench space to maximum advantage. Stainless steel work space 12" wide x 13 ½" deep x 12" high with two solid aluminium shelves. Temperatures to 3000C (5720F)
Same as Model VC - 300 above except workspace is 20" deep to accommodate larger loads.

• Standard Electrical Characteristics
- 230V/ 440V, 50 Hz, 1 Phase (Can be operated on 208 volts. Heat input will be reduced by 20%)
Complete with 3" dia. vacuum gauge reading to 30" Hg; two (2) vacuum needle valves for vacuum and flushing; control panel including line switch, hydraulic control thermostat and adjustable safety thermostat with individual pilot lights indicating which thermostat is controlling the temperature; dial thermometer inside oven. Shelves rated 15 lbs. distributed loading; maximum oven loading of 30 lbs.
Vacuum levels precisely controlled between 2" and 30" Hg; three - way valve for easy evacuation and flushing; side mounted control panel with all controls and vacuum line connections in a single, convenient location; vacuum gauge, hydraulic control thermostat with pilot light and built in high limit thermostat; power switch is a combination circuit breaker and pilot light; dial thermometer inside oven.
Shelves in Model VF - 220 rated 20 lbs. distributed loading; maximum 40 lbs. oven load. Shelves in Model VK - 220 rated 30 lbs. distributed each; maximum oven load of 60 lbs.

Top mounted control panel complete with vacuum gauge reading to 30" Hg; vacuum control valve, ¼" connectors, vacuum release valve, hydraulic control thermostat with pilot light line switch with pilot light and circuit breaker; dial thermometer inside oven. Shelves rated 25 lbs. distributed loading: 50 lbs. maximum oven load.
Vacuum Pump, complete with 6 feet of ¼ " I. D. vacuum hose.
