STEAM STERILIZATION AUTOCLAVES VERTICAL TYPE

SAKAV Steam Sterilization Autoclaves find wide use in microbiological laboratories, research institutes, and ambulatory clinics and in all those applications in which high quality reduced overall dimensions are required.

Equipment's Dimensions and Technical Features allow their installation inside the laboratory with no particular difficulties in positioning and connection.

SINGLE WALL: Which are mainly used for sterilization of test tubes, Erlenmeyer flasks.

DOUBLE WALL: With Jacket, which are used even sterilization of porous materials (Such as garments, surgical gauzes, etc.), empty glassware and all those materials that have been taken out dry.

CONSTRUCTION, FEATURES AND MATERIALS

Designed and tested to highest standards. SAKAV autoclaves have vertical cylindrical type sterilization chamber, single wall and body made of AISI 304 Thick Swg. Stainless Steel. Pipes, Valves directly connected with chamber are AISI 304 Stainless Steel; Outer Cover is also from Stainless Steel.

All Autoclaves are fitted with Two S.S. 304 Mechanical Spring loaded safety valves, release valve, pressure gauge as standard. A High Temperature bearable silicon rubber gasket is provided for accurate and safe sealing. High quality heaters are utilized as standard feature.

Microprocessor control and management systems, our exclusive type are purposely designed for sterilizers and allow automatic performance of selected cycle. Equipments are enclosed in a satinated stainless steel outer body.

Systems include

LED alphanumeric display visualizer for indication for Temperature in chamber, Sterilization in chamber, Alarms and Status Indicators.

FULLY AUTOMATIC MICROPROCESSOR CONTROL AND CYCLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Microprocessor control and management systems, our exclusive type, are purposely designed for sterilizers and allow automatic performance of selected cycle. Equipments are enclosed in a satinated stainless steel outer body.

Systems include

• LED alphanumeric display visualizer for indication for Temperature in chamber, Sterilization in chamber, Alarms and Status Indicators.
• Reflection / scratch preventing programming keyboard, membrane type, with touch switches pushbuttons.

System can store upto six programs with fully automatic handling with possibility to memorize required sterilization parameters time and temperature.

System has status indicators and audio alarms for

• Water Fill : Indication of low water level
• Purge : Indication of purging
• Sterilizing : Indication of sterilizing
• Heater : Indication of Heater status
• Exhaust : Indication of exhaust valve status
• Cycle Over : Indication of cycle status

UNIQUE SELF DIAGNOSTIC FUNCTIONS

• Once preselected programs are entered, user can select any program at given instance.
• During pre-heating stage, purging will take place automatically with the help of exhaust valve
• Once autoclave enters sterilizing phase display will start downcounting the sterilization time.
• After sterilization is complete exhaust valve will open and release the pressure.
• In case of Temperature over shooting, it will be indicated on panel as well as audio alarm will come on.
• System also can give process parameters on hard printout on hard printout via RS 232 or Centronic Port.
• Optionally single wall Autoclaves can be fitted with Automatic pressure switch instead of microprocessor control.
